- Orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery or pickup for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may not be eligible for a full refund.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during booking.
3. Return Policy
- Since we deal in freshly prepared food, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered or picked up.
